Liam Miller dedicated his summer to training for the cross country season, and his hard work has paid off. He ran a 45 second personal record in his second race of the season.
“Liam was extremely dedicated to his summer training. All summer long, regardless if on vacation and with other commitments, Liam increased his mileage each week and put in the work. All of that hard work is already paying off. He comes to practice each day ready to run. He never complains and always gives 100 percent.”Mary Marr, PRA HS Cross Country Coach
