Coach Kendall January said that although Kyla is new to cheer you would never know when watching her on the sidelines. Kyla always smiles and steps up to be the the leader. She gets the crowd pumped out and has fun. Individually, January said Kyla is working on her back handspring, and with her stunt group she is working on one-legged skills and spinning skills. January said Kyla always works hard, which her coaches appreciate it!
“Kyla is prepared for practices and games. She shows up on time, wearing the right uniform and is ready to learn. She is prepared in the sense of having her cheer memorized and bring the right equipment to practice. Kyla is prepared to work hard and learn new things while at cheer practice. Kyla is respectful to her teammates and to her coaches. She is a leader and is always motivating her teammates. When she is given a correction she is respectful about it and makes the change. Kyla is also accountable at practice. When you ask her to do something, she does it. She is engaged and asking questions when necessary. Kyla, thank you for showing the PRA way at practice! Keep up the hard work!”
